Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. During busy periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 48 hours.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. International delivery is not available yet, but we're working on it — follow us on socials for updates.

Every candle is nestled in recyclable tissue paper and placed inside a sturdy branded box with protective padding. We use FSC-certified cardboard and avoid unnecessary plastic. Our packaging is designed to feel as premium as the candle inside.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@goldenhours.co.uk with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement free of charge. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
